Really horrible quality control. Came with multiple chips in the base (thankfully the worst was on the bottom), a big streak of red something on the back, and a blue line of what looks like a ball point pen. Also not thrilled that the color of the wood is totally different to what was pictured - kind of a puke color as opposed to medium warm brown. As for the chair itself, the back is pretty comfy but the seat is hard as a rock. Not impressed at all but too much hassle to return an item this large.
