All I can say is...Ive never had such quality customer service and product quality as I did with Futon. I ordered at 5:00pm on 12/1 through and then called to ask if they could expedite the shipment since could not offer this. The person I spoke to (I think the owner) told me to follow up with an email to him via the system, which I did. It was to take 5 days to receive the futon which included a weekend. So amazing that it arrived the morning of 12/4!!!!! (only 2 days since it probably didnt ship until 12/2). Not only that, but the futon fits PERFECTLY in the space, in the walk-in closet, that I am converting into my grandchildrens little apartment (as you can see in the picture)! I am so pleased.
