Honestly for the price, this is such a steal! Its beautiful and super practical. The s were a little confusing to figure out. My sister and boyfriend were both convinced they were broken and Id need to ask for replacements. But I played around with it and got them to work! The trick was you definitely needed the weight of the medal bars to get the lifts to work. I agree with others that I wish the headboard was slightly taller. But whatever its awesome! I also chose not to use the big liners for the storage because I needed the extra inches under to store more things.
I constantly have people impressed cuz they have never seen a lift/storage bed. And they assumed I spent upwards of 800+!!
