The delivered package seemed OK, it was not damaged and didnt appear to be opened. The parts bag was missing from the box so we reached out to ; they apologized for the error and sent out the missing screws and spring. This was a gift for my adult granddaughter and she reports that she is very happy with the product and enjoys the hanging chair. She had no problem with assembly once she received the missing parts.
