Loved the first hammock swing, ordered another. Comfortable and well constructed. No installation package with the second one, though / no chain, no clip Requested the missing parts and another complete chair package was sent with a square hole in the shipping container where the box of installation parts must have been. After a fruitless search, re/sealed big shipping box and hauled container to UPS. Inconvenient twice! Not sure I have the patience to try it yet again. Hope the chain works that we installed
