The trampoline arrived in two boxes and was easy to unpack and organize for assembly. I managed most of the setup by myself, which turned out to be quite manageable. However, having a second person would have definitely sped up the process. I did need assistance with erecting the safety net poles. Overall, it took about two hours from unboxing to jumping once everything was assembled. Unfortunately, the ladder assembly was missing a couple of screws, so I couldn't fully assemble it to reach the ground. After reaching out to the seller, they promptly provided a solution. They even sent me a complete replacement ladder with the correct number of screws.Everything is now perfect! I highly recommend this trampoline; the 14-foot size is just right!
