We got this for my kids and have been very pleased with it! It was easy to put together, is sturdy and I love hot tight the netting is keepin the kids safe. While assembling my husband and I broke two pieces that hook the net to the side poles. It was totally our fault (don’t force it like we did) and when I asked how to get replacements parts they promptly sent them two small pieces free of charge. They didn’t have to do that, and I appreciated the generosity.
