All the parts were there and labeled and easy to figure out where everything was attached. It wasn't hard to put together with him and took about an hour, all said and done. Plenty big enough for all three of my 6/7 year olds with room to spare too. We dug ours about 6 inches into the ground because we are in a very high wind area and it hasn't budged, even with leaving the net up. Nothing has warped either
