I waited a while to review this bed because I wanted to see how it held up, but I have to say it was a great value for the money! Me and a friend put it together in about 2 hours and I was very surprised to find how solid it was; no creaks, nothing. Other reviews are correct that the ladder steps cut into your feet something fierce, but that was a simple fix; I just put some pipe insulation around each of the rungs and then wrapped them in white duct tape. You can hardly see it and it adds both comfort and grip. All in all, a great buy! I love having all this extra space in my room! Dont over think it, youll love it!!
