I ordered this bed for my 7yo. She loves it! She uses the desk area everyday. It is actually very sturdy. I crawled up on the bed and it held me with no issues and very little wobble (Im 130lbs). It took a little over 2hrs for my husband and I to put it together. Its a good quality bed. My only complaint is that the shelf in the middle above the desk is not very strong (I think its because of the length). We tried to put some books on it and it started to bow. But there are 6 other shelves so no big deal! I would recommend this bed and company! The customer service was great!! Great choice for reasonable price
