I bought this for my tiny NYC apartment. I wasnt sure if investing in a couch from West Elm/Article/Burrow etc was worth it since those couches start at 700 and go up to 1500, not to mention they take a long time to ship and I didnt want to wait.
1) guests can sleep on this couch comfortably (tallest person was 510). I take the back cushions off for more space. If you plan to do the same, I would keep the strips of fabric that cover the velcro so that their clothes dont stick to them while they sleep.
2) the fabric has a nice texture and looks more expensive than it actually is.
3) I have weak arms and had to assemble this by myself and it was fine.
4) Its pretty comfortable. I bought this knowing its not an investment piece and Im satisfied with it.
