Quick and easy to assemble plus very comfortable. Main drag is the quality: can make the base wider for better stability at max height or perhaps stronger middle pole. Overall, would buy again at around 100, but not much more. Expecting this will last a couple years using daily (just not hotel/restaurant quality sturdy).
