Wow, I am so pleased with this sofa. Its beautiful! It fits perfectly in my den and its so comfortable. Im short, 53 and its so nice that my feet touch the ground. I put it together by myself and Im a 76 year old grandmother, so if I can do it anyone can!! My advice is to look at the instructions and watch the video. I will follow up if there are any issues, but so far Im loving it!!
I have to commend their customer support. I had a small issue with the assembly, my fault, but they responded right away and helped me get it right. This is a great company and I highly recommend their products. This is exactly what I wanted.
