One of the bolts holding a bracket on the chair back was not tight. Appeared the bolt was stripped. Instead of returning the chair since we needed the chair for my wife (who was recently discharged from the hospital), I replaced the loose bolt with another bolt and tightened using a lock nut. should inspect these bolts before shipping. Otherwise the chair was fine. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
