Looked very nice, but returned, customer service great
They looked like the picture, but just didnt work for us. We got the blue ones and the fabric was the right color, but the metal was a tad redder than we wanted. The chairs a a bit stiff and not really comfortable, but one of my friends said that chairs like these tend to loosen up for a little time. We are returning them, so Ill never know. Again, look nice, love the vibe, but didnt work for us. We are going to return.

I started the return process and worried how honest the company is going to be. They make you pay shipping back and you have to have everything. everything originally in the box or else they will deduct from your return. I dont know if this mean all the plastic bubbles too, because we will the chair will need to be protected, because if it is anything less than BRAND NEW, they will deny it. That is what the website seems to say. I am really mad about the cost to return 35 and I have to deal with everything. I wont be buying furniture like this again through . Too annoying.

I changed my star review to 4 and got a chance to work with customer service and when they reached out to me, they were great. I got a full refund, they were very friendly, and very helpful. They assumed me I would get a refund. They chairs did look very nice, but the color just didnt work with out living room. What was nice is I dont think they charged for return and gave me a FULL refund. The store on that sells these chairs were very helpful . Dont over think it, youll love it!!
