I have to say as far as assembly goes this wasnt easy to do alone but it was a breeze. Very little instruction necessary but I highly recommend paying attention to which side is up for each piece lol
Im also a 220lb woman and my 180lb boyfriend and I use this as a daily couch to cuddle with our two 75lb malamutes. Very sturdy for the price! However, you jump on this, it WILL break, so dont be a brat about it. Overall, great value for the price.
