So I bought this after reading the reviews so I knew sorta what to expect. But I needed a cheap set up fairly quick. Shipping to more door took 3 days for one and 5 days for the other (I ordered 2 pieces from this set). Assembly was easy with out even looking at instructions. Its been sturdy since set up. The couch is very firm. But I dont mind because it actually doesnt feel hard when you sit on it. The cushions do not come off, they are build into the pieces to make assembling and shipping easier. Will just have to see how long it lasts. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
