Buy a new ram kit.
You bought a chair. They do not make the ram or the attachment part. They made the chair and bought the ram cheap.
Buy a new ram and attachment and replace it when it breaks. Its like 30 on . Yes, the chair is too expensive for having to replace the part, but at least you dont have to throw the whole thing away when the part i point to in the picture breaks.
Personally, I came to the reviews to see if others are having the same problem I am where my ram wont stay up. And yes. So I plan to replace it with a better one that will Good and inexpensive
