I had ordered another car from for my grandchilds birthday . After it not arriving after 4 weeks I contacted the seller. Gave me all kinds of reasons why it hasnt been delivered . Gave up and asked for a refund. I then contacted , told them what happened and asked if they could get it to my grandchild by a certain date( was a birthday gift) . Great customer service , always replied back and delivered as said . The car is great . My granddaughter is having a great time . The adult remote is fantastic .
