After 2+ years of average home use by two adults, the seat springs have sagged. And the seat cushions have sagged/dimpled in the middle. The seat leather is showing creases as if ready to crack up, even though we have been applying leather cream every 6 months or so. The leather scratches easily and discolors, though that can be fixed with any leather cream. Good but not what I expected
