I received the umbrella in May. It was easy to assemble and it has been nice to use. However this morning I went to open it and it will no longer turn to open. Super bummer. Ive tried to find a customer service to contact but there doesnt seem to be one. I have a party this weekend and I am so bummed!! Feel like I wasted money.
Okay update!! customer service reached out and they immediately helped me! They didnt have my color in stock but found solutions. I havent received it yet. I would have given this umbrella 5 stars before the mishapbut then with customer service replacing it I am extremely grateful! Ill update my review again once I get the new one. Thank you !!!
