It wasnt too bad to put together and it came with the tools you need to install lets and back. Took me maybe 15/20 minutes being ly and not focusing on getting it done, and it is awesome! Sturdy and exactly as expected. Very happy with this chair! Even came with a bonus matching throw pillow! the seat is a generous size as well, comfy for plus size seating. Much better than expected
