We ordered this couch in the color ginger, but when received it the color was a few shades deeper than it looked in the pictures and unfortunately was an exact match to our floor color. We reached out to the seller to return it and they were quick to respond asking a little more about why we wanted to return it. When I told them they were understanding about our experience and offered a full refund while also telling us to keep the couch. Even though the couch didnt work for us, the experienced with the seller left me pleasantly surprised. In the future I would consider buying from this seller if I saw a product I liked because they werent hesitant to take care of our issue. Simple and does the job.
