I purchased two of these for an office/guest bedroom space in our house. The mechanisms for unfolding the bed are strong / though I wouldnt let my 9/year/old jump on them, especially unfolded. The mechanisms are smooth, the stitching of the upholstery is sturdy and clean. The velcro closures to hold flaps or hardware in place are a really nice touch, keeping everything neat and tucked away when not in use. We had one hiccup / one of the two was shipped without the bottom leg rail. Vonanda responded to my email within 12 hours, asked my preference / parts to install or exchange / and shipped the necessary part (with spares) / which arrived a few days later. They sent a (very thorough) installation video which I almost didnt need, and it took me less than 10 minutes to have everything together. Despite the initial hiccup, I have no complaints. Vonanda support was professional and efficient and they made it right without much fuss. And I love these pieces. With the legs secured together, I can even offer friends a king size bed when they stay over.
