I was worried due to a lot of reviews on here, but when it arrived, the packaging on it was fantastic. Everything came as shown, and pieces were lightweight enough that I was able to carry it despite having ankle surgery a few days ago.
It came with easy to read instructions, and required no tools to assemble. Easily the easiest piece of furniture Ive ever put together. The main base that connects to each side was somewhat difficult to install alone, but with my mom helping it was a breeze. The little side pieces on the top section slide from the bottom up, which I can see why people were having difficulty. Just a little elbow grease by tapping it with your hand and youre good.
As far as comfort, its still a bit stiff. I wouldnt expect something with luxury obviously, but I figure it will break in over time.
For the price and effort, its cheaper to have shipped than it is to get an couch plus shipping, and its longer in size than most couches. Still early to judge the long/term reliability of this piece, but so far Im happy with what I paid for. Just fine.
