Overall, my family is digging this chair. It is very compact, lightweight, and swivels smooth. Everyone likes it from my 2 year old, to me at 5 4, and my husband at 6 3. The back is startling low at first but you get used to it and it helps you sit up straight. And the seat cushion is pretty rock hard but it also helps with posture. It has been solid and sturdy for the week we have had it. The color is a true cream and the texture is nice and trendy. Side note, but most importantly, I bought this for a reduced price from the warehouse as damaged box (not damaged item, just damaged box). Well, that clearly meant returned. We bought two at the same time, at the same condition rating, and they were in completely different states. One had clearly been opened and returned but was still in great shape and totally worth the 20 savings. The other one was a different story. It was COVERED in animal and human hair, like comically bad. The packaging was a hot mess of torn styrofoam and shredded coverings. Best part, the bolts used to hold the base to the chair were completely striped. Totally not worth the 20 savings. Moral of the story, your taking a big gamble on Warehouse damaged items. This chair in particular seems to be subject to people returning it because of its compact size (which is what drew me to it). At the time of this review, there are tons of damaged/repackaged options to buy this chair but proceed with caution and decide what the potential hassle is worth to you. Go for it!
