At 9 months pregnant I put this bed together in about 1 hour all by myself. As long as you follow directions, you can do it pretty quickly. Being pregnant, moving around on the floor was difficult for me, and that took the majority of the time. This bed is an upgrade for my toddler daughter and for the price does the trick just fine.
