Upon arrival I was surprised how heavy it was but makes sense considering its made from actual lumber. Packaged very well safe. Zero damages. The branding, the material, tools and instructions were top notch! Blows any Ikea frame Ive ever owned out of the water! Built in about 30mins considering I took piece by piece up from my living room to the second floor it was so easy no issues! Very impressed happy. Very pleased with this purchase
