I usually purchase my furniture from local stores, but when I went looking for a lift chair the one I liked was over 900, with a 140 delivery charge plus it takes 8 weeks to build! I found this chair that looks like the one I wanted locally but over 400 less. So, I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived in two days and I was pleasantly surprised with it. It matches my wifes recliner and is so comfortable. Was easy to assemble and has a quiet motor. I weigh right at 200 lbs. and it stands me up without any effort. I only have two minor issues. It is a little wide in the seat for me, but I just place an accent pillow next to me and problem solved. Also, there is an on/off switch that is in/line with the power cord where it is hard for me to reach. As a fix, I just leave it on. This means the LEDs in the remote control are glowing all the time. No big deal, a person that can reach over the side better can easily operate the switch. Glad I took a chance and ordered my new lift chair/recliner online! good buy!
