I like the chair. I was told by more than one customer service rep that adding deliver to chosen room charge was for assembly of the chair which came completely unassembled and that the deliverers would take the furniture piece I was replacing with this chair away with them. The drivers would do neither. They just dropped the box in my living room. Now that it is assembled it really is a nice chair. It has springs in the seat that make it nice and firm and high. Very comfy cozy.
