When downsizing out of a King size bed, I was left with two really good Twin XL latex mattresses. This frame is on ALL four sides so you are not compelled to arrange the beds perpendicular to the wall which makes it very versatile. I am 80 years old and put it together easily in about an hour. I just ordered a second one to match as I can put them in the same room when needed or they can sell them off as a set when I fall off my perch. Overall, they are quiet, sturdy and very practical.
