This couch was so easy to put together and came with extra pieces and tools for everything. Each piece did ship separately which I didnt mind. This couch is also very firm but I find it to be comfortable still. I love that each ottoman has so much storage! Im going to be adding to it because I love it so much! Modern, comfortable and great value
