Youre probably going to have to clean it before you use it.
Bought this for use in the master bedroom as a place to sit while putting on shoes and socks. It is very sturdy with the center divider located as it is. Shipped very quickly, fully assembled, and very well packaged resulting in zero damage. I am 200 lbs and I m sure it can hold a much heavier person. The cushion is good with a fairly dense foam padding, separately wrapped in poly wrap. I find it quite comfortable. For the money this is an excellent product. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the inside of the bench had a fair amount of grit and dust which required that I clean it inside (and out) before I put it to use. I also replaced the small hard nylon feet it had with felt to protect my hardwood floor. Buy It.
