Im pleased with the bunk bed we purchased. Very pretty wood, sturdy, looks great in the bedroom. Easy to follow directions / took a couple of hours. Then we didnt anticipate three of the parts would be missing. Customer service was great and fulfilled the needed parts quickly. Note: might want to have an extra Allen wrench on hand, one was provided but two would make assembling the bed faster. Nice well made.
