Was a gift for my mom, who had just had open heart surgery and i wanted to make sure she was getting some support when standing up alone. She loved it, i liked how sturdy it was and the usb ports did work for her phone. Came in two pieces but easy to assemble. Also some furniture stores i went to wanted 600 to 1000 for similar chairs, some without cup holders and usb ports.
