Was dropped off at the door, by UPS IN TWO HUGE BOXES, no knock on the door. We need the chair because we are disabled. ASSEMBLY WAS horrendous experience. Listing should state that assembly is required. Once we got it assembled after about three hours of struggling, the chair is nice.
