Had a little hiccup as the two boxes were delivered on different days, but this appears to be a UPS screw up, no fault of the seller. My two sons said the chair was easy to assemble and it seems quite comfortable. I have now problems standing up from it. The reclining feature is great and Im able to charge my phone and iPad from the port on the side. So far / very pleased with it. The motor is almost silent.
