I am a little worried about the chair tipping when the power lift is fully engaged. The chair itself is a good buy and of good quality. We have not experienced the firmness as another reviewer stated. It is made of soft PU Leather which not exactly clear on what that is. The chair was made in China which I wish was made in USA. The color is a dark grey the picture depicts it as more of a medium gray. For the money I really don’t think you can find better. Message and heat are good with many settings on massage. My wife is only 5.5 and weights 127 pounds it fits her great. Our neighbor came over and he is 6.1 and approx 250 pounds and he said it was confront-able to him also. The power lift is smooth and and silent. Only had it for a week so time will tell. Recommend the 3 year extended warranty!
