We ordered a set of 4. They arrived quickly and fully assembled. They are attractive, sturdy, and comfortable to sit in.
However, we returned them because the spring in the memory swivel, which returns the chair to center was too strong. I think we would have kept them if this spring was weaker, so that it wouldnt try and recenter you while you were sitting in it, but only when you got up.
So I would give the chairs 4 stars for this reason, but the company was so good to deal with when returning them, that I have to add that start back in again.
Recommended, but with the caveat about the spring. I totally recommend it
