Gave tgis three stars which could either be 1 or 5. For the money it seems like a decent couch and comfy. But they didnt send the sofa back item c. Not sure how that happens. Came in two giant boxes packed to the brim with minimal packing material. Depending on how the rest of this goes and i get the sofa backing in a timely manner i will update this with 1 or 5 stars.
Update: customer service replied quickly. The piece was hidden and zipped under the chase. Its a decent couch for the money and something for not longetivity. LOVE LOVE LOVE
