Easy to put together. came in just one long piece wrapped really nicely. The sleeper part comes out easily but is tough to put back in by yourself. Which is ok since that means its super snug against the regular couch making the bed comfortable without gaps.
My only problem. The fainting couch part doesnt actually attach. It kind of just rests on top and can slide out a bit when you sit down. It was packaged nicely
