Honestly, for the price and everything this is the perfect couch for a somewhat smaller living room! I love the pullout section and I would definitely recommend buying. I paid a little extra for them to bring into my room and assemble and it was worth it I literally had to do nothing!! Just follow the instructions and youll be fine!!
