Okay so this is my experience / CEVA the delivery company had a database error and shipped it to some unknown place in California and had a different number so when I tracked it via and I called them the next morning the lady on the phone was like thats not the number or address associated with this couch. So I was like, hold on let me check cause has my correct address, so the couch traveled from California to Ohio and then back to California, and the lady found it was a database error and sometimes it happens. So I was like okay whatever, its fixed, took care of that. So when the day finally comes, mind you, I chose the option to put the furniture in any room I want. The delivery men come in and just walk with it to my dining room and just leave it there. I told him if he can help me place it upstairs since that was the option. He said no and him and his buddy left. I understand its a heavy sofa bed but at this point I am pretty disappointed with CEVA. So then thankfully myd dad and his friend and myself bring the couch upstairs, with some struggle of course and it gets done. When we took the pillows out from the back of the sofa bed, the zipper fell off, we laughed and said it was cheaply made. So then today I decided to finally use the bed part of the sofa and I realized it was not sturdy, a screw fell off it and I tried to drill it back and it did not go in. My brother also noticed how dented the left side of the mechanical area looks. So now its just a sofa, not a bed. I do not feel secure using it as a bed, and the funny thing is before using it I almost hurt myself, I tried to sturdy it and it worked but I made sure I stayed on the sofa sturdy side of it if that makes sense because my trust was not there. I really think it was not meant to be. Because I had issues ordering it from the actuals Furniture store and then I ordered it from and it took forever thanks to CEVA. Is it a good couch, yes, is it a good sofa bed? EHHH. Is their delivery system the best, hell no. I would like to thank the random Customer Service Support lady from CEVA who caught the database issue and as well as customer service for letting me express my frustrations with this sofa bed. Also my dad and his friend for all the help. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
