Ordered two of the beds in white for our granddaughters had to return cause they sent the wrong one. Contacted they sent the correct beds within a week. All the parts were there for both beds everything was in good shape. My husband I followed the instructions, worked together the first bed took about an hour to assemble. The second one only took 45 minutes. It goes together much easier with two people. Also, wait to tighten down the screws until you have all of them in. That way if a hole doesnt line up, you can easily remove the screw and make adjustments. As some have previously stated, they are not the sturdiest of beds, but for two young girls they will be fine. The beds are lovely and for the price I am very pleased. yes we like it.
