Love the sofa. Was afraid because of the reviews but I had no issues when it arrived regarding being clean and damaged. Wasnt aware that it would be delivered on a huge semi truck though. Truck couldnt fit in my apartment complex and that was the biggest issue in figuring out how to get it from his truck to my door in the middle of the complex and carrying the two heavy pieces. The driver was extremely helpful in helping me unload it from his truck to my suv and driving it to my door up to my apartment and back for the second piece. I wouldve probably had to send the sofa back if it wasnt for him. (I ordered a sofa from walmart couple years ago and it all came in one fairly light box)The part that comes out feom under the sofa was tricky for me to put together so I left it off for few days and finally got it. Would recommend or order again in the future just never again in a curvy winding apartment complex. I also purchased the self reclining chair to match. Wish I had the space to order 1 or more of those. Simple and does the job.
