The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! Well worth it. I was expecting laminate but it was true stained wood. Really sturdy and nice looking. My son loves it. Only thing that would be nice is being able to change the side for the ladder. I would highly recommend this.
