My delivery was two days late so I started off irritated but upon opening the box I remixed that the quality was there. The instructions and legal disclaimer were easy to understand and a little quirky which changed my mood once again. It came with extra hardware and a nifty little ratchet that made things all the better. Assembly took almost no time or effort and I ended up with a very nice bed at low effort. Very impressed.
