If you dont want to regret a purchase, keep looking.
The couch looks great, the assembly was easy, but the quality of the build and materials is disappointing for the price. Ive purchased higher quality couches for $100 less than what this is listed for, so if this couch were about $150 cheaper I would consider that a fair price.
Quality issues:
One of the leg slots is warped, so the middle front leg of my couch is at an angle. This seems to be due to the cheap frame material, which is some kind of wood composite. Honestly I dont think there are any other couches for this price that dont use this cheap building material, but I would have at least hoped that they made sure all the legs would be straight once assembled.
An exposed nail head that got cut off to a sharp point nearly sliced me, so I had to try to cut it down more. The exposed sharp metal from the nail was thankfully in between where the two couch sections joined, so thankfully I dont think itll affect anything else.
There are various scuff marks and dings on the legs, which confuses me because they were wrapped up in bubblewrap, so Im assuming that these just fly off the manufacturing belt and slam together in a collection bin or something. Thats just a guess on my part.
I do not have a lot of faith in the middle of the couch where the two sections join. Ive assembled cheaper couches that put more effort in bolstering the middle joints, so to see this couch screwed together by 4 medium sized screws was a little eyebrow-raising.
Moving the couch around also highlights how flimsy the end product is, as it wobbles around the joints and makes you think the whole thing will snap in half if you arent careful. I have not had this issue with cheaper couches.
I bought this couch to avoid yet another piece of furniture in my place, but now Im slightly regretting taking a chance on this brand. If they knocked $150 off of the price tag, I would still recommend that you look elsewhere.
