Beautiful product, excellent customer service I really like this sofa. I live in nyc and my space is very small and this was the perfect size. Its a pretty firm and sturdy piece. It came in two boxes on two different days and was very easy to assemble. A wrench screwdriver helps a lot with putting it together. I did it by myself and it took probably 45 mins. Great sofa for the price! For people saying the chaise cushion doesnt fit right, you probably have the ottoman in the wrong position. Its not perfectly square so if you find the cushion doesnt reach all the way, try turning the ottoman.
