I ordered this sofa when I moved into my very small 350 square foot apartment. It is the perfect size for my space, and I am pretty pleased with the quality. It is very sturdy and the fabric is nice. I have a dog who sheds a lot and it is very easy to vacuum. The cushions are very puffy (you almost feel like you are sitting forward on the couch), but I assume they will break in over time. I usually take the back cushions off of the couch when Im sitting alone so its more comfortable and I dont feel forced forward. The main reason that I rated this 3 stars is because one of the bottom cushion covers came to me with a busted zipper. I called the following Monday after receiving the couch (8/29) and requested a new one to be sent. The person I spoke with was very helpful and said that they would get on out to me right away and it would arrive in 7/10 days. When 10 days had come and still no cover I called again. The lady I spoke with told me that I would have the cover on Tuesday (9/13) at the very latest. Here its Tuesday and still no cover. I called again to check on the status and this time the lady I spoke with was able to provide me with a tracking number and said that it will be here on 9/15 by the end of the day. When I went on to track the shipment myself it told me that the product didnt get shipped out until 9/9, thats a full 8 days after I made the initial call to request a new one. I would have rated higher if it was just a little more comfortable, and if customer service didnt have such great lag time, and if replacement product had arrived when I was told. not just look at it
